7. Feelings, actions, reactions, and thoughts (FARTs).

To fully understand WHO AM I and thereby effectively deal with personal, interpersonal, and world problems, one needs to understand, appreciate, and communicate what FARTs (feelings, actions, reactions, and thoughts) are and how they are produced by the very complex human brain-mind.  Linette and I are not psychologists, neuroscientists, or neuropsychologists.  We’ve read a number of books, journal articles, and websites about the brain-mind, but that in no way qualifies us as learned minds on these subjects.  We are, however, very confident that the Producer Consciousness language we will provide you over the next six chapters will give you an easy and very valuable way to understand the complex brain-mind and its production of FARTs.
