Dr. Bruce Waller is a full professor and former Chair of the Philosophy Department of Youngstown State University. Dr. Waller is well known in the world philosophical community for his extensive writings on ethics, bioethics, critical thinking, and moral responsibility. Most notable are Dr. Waller's trilogy on the need to abolish moral responsibility including: "Against Moral Responsibility ", "The Stubborn System of Moral Responsibility," and "Restorative Free Will: Back to the Biological Base"
